What forms of payment do you take?
Payment through PayPal or Google Checkout is preferred. USPS Money Orders and cashier’s checks are accepted. Payment is expected within 7 business days of sale.

Personal checks are not accepted for payment.

When are items shipped?
Items are sent within three business days after payment is received.

What methods of shipping are used?
Items are usually shipped by USPS. Large items will be sent by UPS. Delivery times for First Class Mail can take from 2-10 business days to arrive; Priority Mail can take from 2-5 business days. Media mail for books is 6 to 14 days or more. Media mail is not available for international shipments.

Do you ship outside the US?
International customers are welcome. Please check “more destinations” on the item description page to see if your country is listed. Sales will not be made to countries not listed. The sale price of the item will be used as the value on the custom form. No other value will be used and no item will be shipped as a gift. The buyer is responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes required by their country. Shipping times are not guaranteed for international delivery.

Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
Multiple purchases within a 7-day period may be combined for shipping. Postage will be based upon total weight and an invoice will be sent. Please email if you are purchasing multiple items, otherwise they will be shipped separately.

Is there a charge for insurance?
If insurance is needed, it will be stated on the listing and included in the shipping charge.

What is your return policy?
Item may be returned within 10 days of receipt. An email describing reason for return is required before shipping the item. A refund of the purchase price will be made after item is returned. Item must be in same condition as sent. If item is damaged in shipment, contact the carrier.
